Why prices of the works do not appear in the catalog?
We custom perform the most of our works, attending the size and style required by our customers, so each job is unique. If you like any job in our catalog we can customize it with the modification you wish and send you a quotation with no obligation.

How do I request an estimate?
If you have already chosen a design, please send it to aliciaartenet@gmail.com indicating size and technique. We will send you a quotation asap.
If you have not a definitive design but an idea, please tell us what you wish and we will prepare a proyect outline and its quotation.
Below you can see two examples: Own design with dry rope technique and picture reproduction with overglaze technique.

What does it happen in case of product breakage during transport?
If you receive your order with some damage, please take some pictures of the package and broken pieces. Send them to our mail address and we will replace the broken tiles with no cost for you.

Which is the method of payment?
Bank transfer. 50% for placing the order and the rest when the job is done and you get a picture of it by e-mail.

What is the delivery time of works?
Time depending on the difficulty and size of the order,. An average coul be between 2 weeks and 2 months. Note that our work is completely handmade. We will inform you about the tentative delivery date before order acceptance.

Are delivery cost and taxes included in the price?
You will find delivery costs and taxes detailed in your estimate.

How do I perform my order?
Orders begin to be crafted with a 50% prepayment. Previously our offer including design, technique, size, price and performing time must be accepted by the customer.

Which are packaging and delivery method?
We perform a three levels package (porexpan, cardboard and MDF or wood) to assure the necessary protection of the fragile ceramic pieces. The correspondent warning signals are stuck on the exterior box. Regarding shipping times for international orders they depends on the carriers chosen.

Can be murals be placed outdoor?
All our works, tiles, palques and plates are fired in kiln at 980ºC. Their surface is ready to last over the time both in interior and exterior locations, keeping all their colours and decorative motives as the first day.

How do I fix my mural?
The ceramic murals stand as any industrial tile directly to the wall using tile adhesive, silicone or similar construction glue. It is important do not apply any product in the joints of the tiles once placed. If the mural is well placed this is not necessary and negatively affect the final result.
The ceramic murals can also be fixed on other surfaces such as wooden planks, metal, PVC or similar.

How do I clean the murals?
The tiles are glazed after a firing process so their surface is durable and fade resistent. Except strong acids, you can use any detergent to clean your mural.
